Ever since I was young iv had a passion for all things fitness related. Iv been involved in athletics, netball, horse racing, to name a few. Within the last 4 years weight training has become an addiction. The feeling you get when you can lift, pull, push carry a heavy object is a massive adrenaline rush. Also with my new found love for doing strongwoman, I have eventually found my calling and fell in love with weight training all over again. As a Personal Trainer I can now share the knowledge and experience I have gained, and help others to become a better version of themselves. Personal training to me isn't just about telling someone to do a certain exercise, it's about helping them to get that same connection that I do. I am very passionate about what I do, and I want to share that with everyone. Decide, Commit, Succeed
